The manga has a very captivating art style that is unlike anything I've seen before in manga. I found myself pausing on numerous occasions just to admire the sheer details and expression of emotions in the artwork. I really wish the story delved deeper into the characters in this volume though but since this is a short series, it makes sense that the author chose to focus on addressing the themes and struggles more.
The manga presents a great depiction of the struggles that people go through when they are coming of age and the toxic stereotypes and attitudes towards queer people. The story provides a very nuanced portrayal of LGBTQ+ experiences.
